Dear PMA Students and Parents, 

The PMA needs to constantly have new blood in the lower ranks. We  remain strong and a leading school in our community with growth. New members bring new spirit, friendships, and help the more senior students learn how to teach them. 

To make it easier for some who have difficulty approaching prospective students, I have included a "fill in the form sheet" below. It is really easy to use, simply type directly into each box this  the name, approximate age, full mail address with zip code, hopefully a phone number and an email. I have given you five boxes to use.

For out part, we will mail them some PMA information material, and will not high pressure anyone to join. Let us know if we can use your name as a reference or whether you would prefer to be anonymous. 

Whose names should be typed in? Try for neighbors, their children, classmates, job mates, fellow club members, etc.

Typing caution... do NOT hit the ENTER button after filling in a box as it will likely send your message right away. TAB through the boxes and hit SUBMIT at the end. If you forget and hit the enter button, just use the email form again for the next name.
