Pacific Martial Arts...."We teach attitudes first!"

Exciting, fun, challenging! Junior karate also teaches focus, respect and alertness. Chief instructor Master Devine was a former math teacher for twenty years and has instilled the entire program with the motto "We teach attitudes first."

Our junior programs deal with mini-ninjas aged 4 and 5, juniors aged 6 to 12, and seniors 13 and up. In the exciting karate-kickboxing program students are exposed to high intensity martial and aerobic workouts. Please call direct to 619-752-7515 to learn more.

Orientation programs: in order for students to become comfortable with the karate program and for parents and the child to determine their level of interest, we offer an orientation program consisting of three private lessons with the staff. During this orientation phase we introduce the child to karate moves, protocol, and other things to build his confidence. For the parents we discuss the types of programs, the fees and commitment factors. Orientations can be done any time during the day and even weekdays and a quick fall call is all that is needed to schedule an appointment.

What is important about the orientation is that it allows the student to screen the activity in detail before committing to it. All the usual fears about safety, ability to do the moves, bonding with instructors, and many more aspects are answered at this time. Be sure to ask for the PMA introductory video tape of "Karate's Deeper Meanings."

Make the call today to 619-752-7515 and get started on your journey towards black belt and the wonderful experience and benefits of karate.
